Resources for Veterans
The Veterans Business Outreach Program (VBOP) is designed to provide entrepreneurial development services such as business training, counseling and mentoring, and referrals for eligible veterans owning or considering starting a small business. The SBA has four organizations participating in this cooperative agreement and serving as Veterans Business Outreach Centers (VBOC).
Veteran Entrepreneur
The Department of Veterans Affairs has created the Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE), which is solely dedicated to assisting veterans in starting and building businesses. They maintain a web site that serves as the federal government portal for veteran-owned businesses known as VETBIZ.GOV

OSHA Small Business
OSHA encourages all businesses to establish safety and health programs and find and fix hazards to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses.
OSHA offers many resources designed specifically for smaller employers. The OSHA small business web site provides access to the most popular materials for small businesses, from free on-site consultation to interactive computer software to technical information to easy-to-follow guides for specific OSHA standards. US EPA
Aviation businesses generate waste. Whether you are in the maintenance business, fuel business or cleaning and detailing business, chances are the waste products you generate, fuel, oil, solvents and even waste water is probably regulated by at least the Federal Environmental Protection Agency if not by your state or local authority. A good place to start your review of environmental protection regulations is the US EPA.

The Business Gateway to the U. S. Government
Business.gov, the official business link to the U.S. Government is managed by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) in a partnership with 21 other federal agencies. This partnership, known as Business Gateway is a Presidential E-government initiative that provides a single access point to government services and information to help the nation’s business with their operations.
